Carefully considered, layer upon layer, image removed and replaced, others retained, Glyn Jevons' recent mixed media paintings on 4ft x 4ft and 8ft x 4ft boards are slowly worked upon over long period.Glyn has steadily built up a respected reputaion and also sales of his graphic works since graduating from Art college in 1994.
However, the desire to take his art further led him to consider and respond to the constant flow of information from the mass media.
Glyn has undertaken several solo and group exhibitions, including the Dylan Thomas Centre, The Tabernacle and the University of Wales, Gregynog Hall. During this time he gained support from the Welsh Arts Council and now has works in private collections here, in the USA and in Germany. He has also undertaken commissions for public venues and CD cover designs.
